helpsvirus.xyz popped up on mom's computer after click on FB photo link to call this Microsoft number. Person remotely accessed mom's computer saying was infected with viruses, reconfigured password, and wanted credit card# to fix for $199.00 but she refused and now does not have password to start-up computer.
